Philip 'Pip' Wood | Director of Tech Stratgey
and IT Architect

Philip has worked in the IT industry for over 10 years, in all sectors of work including public, private and education. He has a passion for finding solutions to complex problems and loves getting stuck into a real challenge. He can be witty and hilarious at times, he has a very dry sense of humour and likes to entertain colleagues where possible (a balance between banter and professionalism of course). His varied career in different sectors of IT gives him a unique perspective into solutions, the expression think outside the box – Philip tends to be on another planet unable to see the box.

Philip is always there to assist anyone who needs a hand, in a work manner or otherwise. Outside of work he enjoys all forms of media, including music, films and games – his dream one day would be to create a form of entertainment that people would love.

Pav Kular | Logistics and Distribution Architect

Born in London and bred in Coventry, Pav went on to graduate with a degree in Political Science from Liverpool. He found his love of deep insightful discussion in Liverpool, and has become an encyclopaedia of knowledge, just don’t tell him you support anyone else but Manchester United!

Though he graduated in politics he never approved of the political jokes as he saw way too many of them get elected! With this in mind, he turned his strategic and well thought out solutions entering the banking industry and like an ISA he never gained much interest. He then found his true calling in Logistics, he is now an instrumental part of the Nouveau Healthcare operations and has implemented and become a leader in our ‘Gaia project’ where he has become the environmentally friendly champion. From finding better ways to recycle to improving the companies carbon foot print, Pav is the go to guy for it all.

Harry Khuman | Business Architect and Co-Founder

As co-founder of Nouveau Healthcare, I’m always on the lookout to identify new solutions in healthcare that improve the quality of life for those who can’t get the right help that they need elsewhere. Driven by a desire to help others and experience a sense of fulfilment, the biggest reward is knowing that, through my work, I’ve helped make a positive difference to someone’s life.

I’m also a master pun maker and can ruin pretty much any moment with a terrible joke and make it super awkward for people – one of my many (un)impressive skills! You may not like them at first but you’ll eventually warm up to them and will most likely start creating your own puns. This will be your downfall in life, as it is in mine – good luck with that!

Gaya Neault | Health Architect & Clinical Educator

Before ending up in a small town in Warwickshire, Gaya spent her childhood living and studying around the globe. Thanks to a fab high school teacher in Cairo, Gaya developed a surprising, crazy passion for Chemistry and how it worked in the body, which led to her graduating with a BSc in Chemistry with Medicinal Chemistry when she moved to England. Being brought up with Ayurvedic ways (being Sri Lankan and all), understanding the importance of food in health and then studying and working with modern medicines (having spent most of her career working in QA and Regulatory Affairs in the pharmaceutical retail industry), Gaya became increasingly interested in understanding how both areas can complement each other. This, paired with an innate passion for helping people and an obsession with root cause analysis (this is what happens when you spend so much time in QA) led her to where she is now, working as Clinical Educator with Nouveau Healthcare, sharing her passion for helping others, with research and information. Having been brought up in international schools, surrounded by lots of different cultures, Gaya loves meeting new people from different countries, learning about the different languages and cultures and trying the cuisines. Gaya loves the three C’s – a good coffee, chocolate and chat (oh, she loves to chat!) and she found all three with Nouveau Healthcare, which is why she’s still here 3 years on!

Dilkiran 'Dilly' Kular | Co-founder of NH

As co-founder of NH, I’ve always looked at ‘out of the box’ solutions. Being an empathetic individual, and with a strong desire to support the individual I have worked with my co-founder Harry to identify unique solutions which deliver better self-care to empower the individual. I have always had a strong sense of care for each person and will always make time to listen and understand how our I and NH can make a positive difference to the individual and their family.

As you get to know me, you will discover I’m a coffee drinking, herbal tea drinking, dark chocolate and cheese eating self-proclaimed ‘Brown Bear’! With a very unique and witty sense of humour. Anya Mustard | Health Architect & Clinical Educator

Anya’s a local product of the North Yorkshire coast. A beach baby born and bred; she’s usually happiest by the ocean. As a self-confessed food nut, you’ll usually find her in the kitchen or seated in a niche foodie spot. If you ever meet her, she’ll talk your head off about her latest culinary obsession – just know, you can walk away.

Professionally, she followed her dream to work in the food and nutrition industry, having a surname of ‘Mustard’, there really wasn’t any another choice. She completed her bachelor’s degree at The University of Surrey and somehow lost her northern accent in the process. Once qualified as a Registered Nutritionist (ANutr), her career took her from down under in Australia to the big smoke in London.

She’s had her hand in many pots from medical aesthetics to private healthcare and her current areas of interest include the gut, female health conditions and mental health. She’s detailed orientated and driven by the need to support and educate others using her own experiences.
